This hotel is a mixed bag with some positives like a WAFFLE maker on the breakfast bar and a convenient location near shopping and restaurants, but it falls short with missing smoke detectors in the rooms and poor shower pressure. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were separated, which was nice, although I noticed some food stains on the carpet. Having a WAFFLE maker at the breakfast bar was a delightful surprise.

The service was average. I encountered a rather annoying situation that needed attention and resolution. The staff's response was simply 'oh' when I addressed a concern with my room. Despite this, I have stayed here before when visiting family and friends in the area.

The location was very nice and convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. However, the hotel is situated on a one-way frontage road by Freeway 198, not within easy reach of nearby restaurants. I did notice some itty-bitty ants in the room.
